NJ Support Services is an intimate, privately owned Support Coordination Agency qualified by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
Our agency’s sole focus is providing individuals with exceptional support coordination.
With our abundant knowledge of local resources and services, we assist individuals enrolling in NJ’s Medicaid-waiver programs.
We are an agency authorized by the DDD to self-approve our service plans – meaning we have met the DDD’s requirements of offering quality service. As a result, we do not need to submit service plans for their review and offer a quicker turnaround for plan approvals.
